Return and Refund Policy

Because coffee is perishable and roasted fresh, we're unable to accept returns on coffee. That being said, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. Please contact us at support@dailyhugcoffee.com  within one week of receiving your order. Please email us your order number. We cannot refund the price of shipping. This is only applicable for unopened coffee.
