Ethiopia

Ethiopian coffee is rich in antioxidants. The coffee beans have hints of jasmine flower, blueberry, and bergamot after taste, the beans are slightly heavy and have a winey like or sometimes floral like. The coffee bean itself is not as strong and the acidity is mild, but pleasant depending on the roast level.
